Live tooling - mill/turn experience Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Document production data and report any discrepancies to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation. Ability to work with precision measuring tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
