This position is assigned to Loggerhead's Pub within the Hospitality Division of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), Naval Station Mayport, Florida. The primary purpose of this position is to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards, ensuring responsible alcohol service,a clean and organized bar area and professional, customer-focused service. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Ability to read and comprehend the English language and write legibly. Skill in preparing beverages according to name request from guests. Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed. Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
