HOURLY COMPENSATION: $24 - $28

This position is fully remote working 37.50 hours a week.

Performance Objectives

• Efficiently manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts, ensuring all policy updates, renewals, and servicing requests are processed accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support the development and execution of strategic account plans that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, guiding them through policy details and claims processes with clarity and professionalism.
• Analyze client needs and suggest coverage enhancements or modifications, demonstrating a consultative sales approach to improve policy offerings.
• Prepare and deliver informative policy summaries and presentations that aid clients in understanding their coverage options.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold our commitment to ethical insurance practices.
• Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to maintain detailed client records, track interactions, and generate insights for relationship management.

Essential Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance or a similar client-focused role.
• Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, with a focus on proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Proficient in insurance management software and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial insurance products and regulatory requirements.
