We're looking for a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys helping people, does well in a busy office, and takes ownership of each client relationship. You'll report directly to the agency owner and have a real impact on the agency's success. As the agency grows, you'll have real opportunities to advance into larger roles. Duties and Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, text, and walk-in. Process changes and endorsements through carrier portals for existing clients personal lines policies. Take payments and handle billing, including reminder calls and non-pay notices. Call clients about renewal increases, review their options, and remarket when needed. Quote new business for referrals and existing clients. Report claims and follow up with clients to ensure smooth claims experience.
