The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment.**Responsibilities*** Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.* Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.* Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and maintenance requests.**Skills*** Proven experience in cleaning practices and techniques, with an emphasis on floor care.* Strong background in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.* Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Strong leadership qualities with experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles.* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.#IND300**What are we looking for?****Compensation:**$80,000-$85,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
