Technical Business Analyst - Advisor II

TITLE: Technical Business Analyst - Advisor II

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Identify and gather business technical and functional requirements to establish the framework for each phase of the Software Development Lifecycle. Perform analysis of business needs and gap analysis. Define business architecture for the future state of the system and represent them through business process flows and system process flows. Schedule and facilitate Requirement Elicitation sessions with Internal/External resources and IT teams to convey the Business need and to identify gaps impacts and requirements for each impacted area. Analyze and interpret Functional and Non-Functional requirements and impacts. Apply mathematical concepts to practical situations. Create and manage Business Requirement collateral relevant to each SDLC stage. Modify requirements through amendments or variances due to change in scope during SDLC. Support integration testing cycles to ensure technical specifications meet the business requirements. Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and present information comprehensively.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving information technology experience in the payment domain. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: Working with JIRA Confluence Foundry and business intelligence tools; Working with application development technologies tools software development methodologies; Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements; Preparing business requirements documents functional specifications and user stories; and Working with financial services systems including payment processing workflows and transaction processing systems.
