This is not a panel of 25 patients a day. This is not a productivity quota or a rushed 10-minute visit. This is membership-based concierge and longevity medicine - a model built around the kind of provider-patient relationship that most Nurse Practitioners entered this field hoping to have. A growing lifestyle medicine practice operating across the greater Tampa Bay area is seeking an NP who is ready to practice at the top of their license in an environment designed for it. You will manage a sophisticated membership base, deliver care through house calls, in-clinic visits, and telemedicine, and serve as a trusted clinical presence in patients' lives across prevention, wellness, and longevity. Position Highlights

• NP role within a membership-based concierge and longevity medicine practice
• Deliver care across house calls, in-clinic appointments, and telemedicine within a high-touch, relationship-driven model
• Manage complex, health-conscious patients across preventive care, longevity optimization, regenerative medicine, and weight management
• Administer and oversee IV wellness therapies, weight loss protocols, and advanced diagnostic assessments including 90+ biomarker panels
• Flexible 1099 structure with 20 to 35 hours per week and scheduling coordinated through a dedicated operations team, open to employed or full-time contracts
• Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with concierge and advanced practice experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation reflective of advanced practice and concierge medicine expertise
• Performance bonus available based on patient satisfaction scores and operational reliability
• IRS standard mileage reimbursement for all house call travel
• Flexible core Monday through Friday scheduling framework with some weekend availability for member events
• 1099 independent contractor structure; contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance, open to discussing an employed or full-time contract

Candidate Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida required
• Minimum two years of clinical NP experience; primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or functional medicine background preferred
• Comfortable managing a broad scope of adult medicine including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness optimization
• IV therapy certification or demonstrated IV competency required
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with or strong interest in longevity medicine, regenerative therapies, and advanced diagnostics
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance
• Comfortable operating independently in patient homes and as a direct representative of the practice brand
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus to best serve the patients in the surrounding communities
