Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic Epic is seeking an exceptional attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the Madison area; we provide financial relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law domains. Advise on risk mitigation, draft motions, briefs, and other litigation materials. Handle multi‑million dollar disputes, striving to win cases and minimize exposure. Lead settlement negotiations and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Qualifications JD with a strong academic and professional background. Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Knowledge of competition and regulatory litigation is a plus. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills. Eye for detail and a creative, proactive mindset. Relocation & Compensation Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary, and the company will fully reimburse related expenses.
