Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field (required for SLP and CF applicants)
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Kansas
• CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship completion preferred, although SLPAs are also welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to serving diverse student populations with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students across assigned campuses
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and family members to support student growth
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district standards
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development
