Regional Operations Director – Texas

This is an in-the-field leadership position requiring regular travel to assigned practices throughout the Texas market. This is NOT a work-from-home or remote position.

D4C Dental Brands is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to oversee and support multiple dental and orthodontic practices across the Texas market.

This key leadership role is responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple practices , including P&L accountability, development of Practice Managers, staffing, budgeting, process improvement, and overall practice performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations management experience.
• Multi-site management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-development experience.
• Experience with budgets, financial statements, and P&L performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to assigned dental and orthodontic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and financial performance of assigned practices.
• Manage, coach, and develop Practice Managers.
• Monitor budgets, operating statements, staffing, and practice performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Support hiring, training, and development of practice leadership and support teams.
• Oversee facility projects, relocations, remodels, de novo openings, and new affiliations.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to resolve practice and patient-service issues.
• Monitor market trends and support strategic growth initiatives.

Position Requirements

This role requires a strong in-field presence and regular travel between assigned practices. Candidates must be comfortable spending significant time in the offices working directly with Practice Managers, clinical teams, and leadership.

This position is not remote or work from home.
