Paid Media Manager (Scottsdale)

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to help scale our paid advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media who understands e-commerce, enjoys working with data, and is motivated by driving measurable results.

You will play an important role in managing, optimizing, and expanding paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. You should be comfortable testing new strategies, analyzing performance, optimizing landing pages, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and identify opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a direct impact on the business.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday through Friday.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
• Assist with budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance forecasting.
• Build, test, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and paid social.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Support ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and proactively implement strategies to improve results.
• Analyze landing page performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and optimize landing pages, messaging, and user experience to improve paid traffic conversion.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track key performance metrics and analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Evaluate performance beyond platform metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, and overall business impact.
• Assist with tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement to support accurate reporting.
• Stay up to date on advertising platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid media strategies.

Creative Strategy & Testing

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective ad concepts, messaging, and creative assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve ad performance through creative testing and audience insights.
• Analyze winning and underperforming creative to inform future campaigns.
• Help align paid advertising efforts with promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and broader business goals.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• E-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with TikTok Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of paid media metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Experience with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and A/B testing.
• Experience analyzing landing page performance and conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates; experience with landing page builders or website optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to support marketing, analytics, creative development, or workflow automation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to test new ideas and take ownership of results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Ability to work full-time in our Old Town Scottsdale office, Monday through Friday.
