As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and provide welcoming customer service. Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the entertainment venue, retail areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and support crowd management during peak hours, special events, and other high-traffic periods.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
