Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage submittals and change orders
- Oversee construction management and project execution
- Collaborate with sub-contractors, architectural design team and installation teams
- Ensure long-term disability and estimating compliance
- Resolve specifications and project management issues
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in construction management
- Ability to develop and execute project strategies
- Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
- Knowledge of construction and cost management
- Proficiency in Structural Steel Framework
- Experience in Residential Construction
- Knowledge of General Construction
- Ability to interpret Construction Drawings
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with forecasting and reimbursement
- Background in engineering and proposal writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $80,000.00
Maximum Salary: $98,000.00
Benefits: Paid Time Off
