In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency department that handles over 15,000 patient visits annually. As a part of a growing emergency care team, you will enjoy both professional challenge and the beautiful lifestyle of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.ResponsibilitiesAssess, prioritize, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and emergencies.Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS personnel, and inpatient teams to ensure coordinated care.Respond to multiple patient needs and adapt to changing clinical situations while maintaining high-quality care.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.Required ExperienceCurrent Vermont RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License.Minimum of three years of Emergency Department RN experience.Certifications/LicensureCurrent BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required.TNCC certification preferred.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
