Accounts Receivable Analyst

Questpro, a leading insurance recruiting firm, is partnered with an expanding, national insurance company looking for an ACCOUNT RECEIVEABLE ANALYST to join their Finance department. What You Will Do Monitoring aged receivables and assisting with the collection of past-due items Managing incoming and outgoing payment related inquiries verbally and electronically with customers and company partners Review and process cancellation and return premium refunds Analyze accounts monthly Perform data entry and research across multiple company business software programs Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of accounting and/or collections experience Knowledge and understanding of proper accounting treatment for accounts receivable transactions and activities Experience in P&C insurance and billing/accounting systems, are advantageous Insurance software experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Excellent math and data analysis skills; comfortable interpreting and manipulating report data Why our client Hybrid role, office in Plano, TX Growing Company with Established Leadership Team based and Collaborative Environment Full Benefits Package – Health, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO Retirement Plan, with company match Paid Parental Leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Questpro
