Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is an interim opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. You'll support a dynamic corporate accounting team responsible for cash application, billing, account research, and cross-functional collaboration during a critical period of growth and system enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Apply customer payments and accurately match cash receipts to outstanding invoices. Research payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash. Partner with branch locations to obtain remittance details and resolve outstanding issues. Generate customer invoices and credit memos. Process weekly property and maintenance billings. Support monthly management fee, insurance, and auxiliary billings. Monitor month-end cash application deadlines and AR aging. Perform account research and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and cash application processes. Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and/or Billing experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Experience working with ERP systems and multiple accounting platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent follow-up and communication abilities. Comfortable navigating both manual and automated processes. Preferred Experience Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting month-end deadlines. Strong attention to detail with a customer-service mindset.
