Contract Technical Recruiter

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Contract Technical Recruiter will support full-cycle searches across the engineering organization, collaborating with hiring managers and the recruiting team to attract and close high-quality candidates who will contribute to the company's mission. Key responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including aggressive sourcing and strategic closing of candidates Partner with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and processes Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and ensure a consistent, inclusive hiring process Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments Proven ability to quickly learn new domains and deliver value in new focus areas Strong collaborative skills, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders Experience in breaking down complex searches into clear, actionable plans Creative thinking in sourcing and engaging top technical talent
