Our Client Operations team establishes and manages the approach and standard for project delivery and governance, ensuring that clients maximize their return on investment. Responsible for team performance, client operations leaders provide team members with the tools, support, and training essential to deliver the most effective and inventive result possible.

A CourtAvenue Program Manager takes ownership of all projects within a program to ensure completion on time, within budget and against set objectives. Confidence and creativity are key to addressing business needs, managing resources, and handling any issues that may arise.

• Lead day-to-day management of CRM, email, and direct mail projects from briefing through deployment and post-campaign reporting.

• Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables across creative, data, and production teams.

• Oversee campaign setup, QA, approvals, and deployment processes to ensure flawless execution.

• Manage multiple workstreams, including creative development, data targeting, list management, personalization, and production.

• Partner closely with internal teams (strategy, data, CRM operations, development) and external vendors to align deliverables and schedules.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with client stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Track budgets, timelines, and resourcing while identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.

• Ensure compliance with OEM brand standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to support performance measurement and continuous optimization.

• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for CRM and campaign operations.

• Ensure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met

• Develop contracts and design innovative delivery teams to best meet and exceed program objectives

• Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology

• Create integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams

• Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders to meet program outcomes while exceeding client expectations

• Ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach of both client and agency

• Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work for the broader initiative

• Serve as the main client interface on projects

• Effectively clarify strategic requirements, manage expectations, and communicate roadblocks/resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met

• Communicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, internally and externally

• 6–8 years of project management experience in CRM, email, or direct marketing, ideally within an agency or automotive environment.

• Proven track record managing cross-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.

• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar).

• Experience coordinating with data teams on segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.

• Familiarity with direct mail production workflows and timelines.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience managing budgets, scopes, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborative leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.

• Able to understand, balance, and manage the interplay between people, processes and systems

• Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
