Mechanical Integrity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Integrity Engineer to support equipment reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement for a leading industrial organization in Beaumont, TX.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
10+ years of experience in mechanical integrity, asset integrity, reliability, inspection, or a related engineering discipline
API 510, 570, and/or 653 certification preferred
Strong knowledge of API/ASME codes, inspection practices, NDT/NDE, corrosion, and risk-based inspection methodologies
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
U.S. citizen or green card holder

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support mechanical integrity and reliability programs for critical plant equipment and assets
Coordinate equipment inspections, testing, and condition assessments while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards
Evaluate equipment condition, inspection data, corrosion, and degradation to identify risks and opportunities for improved reliability
Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to develop repair, replacement, and asset improvement strategies
Support failure investigations, root cause analysis, technical assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
