• Pay starting at $30 per hour, plus add-on repair and company performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, painting, auto body repair, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool 
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, but we also do complete bathtub and countertop resurfacing, as well as other larger projects. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships.  We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
