Agile Delivery Manager

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Agile Delivery Manager will manage JIRA workflows, track flow metrics, and facilitate agile ceremonies while ensuring consistent release processes in a regulated environment. Key responsibilities Own JIRA administration, maintaining workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards Track and report on flow metrics and monitor bug backlog health in collaboration with engineering managers Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or release management across software engineering teams Demonstrated expertise in JIRA administration, including configuration and reporting Experience managing release processes in regulated environments (e.g., 21CFR, SOC 2, HIPAA) Strong understanding of flow-based metrics and proven ability to improve cycle time or predictability Servant-leader mindset with a focus on coaching and process improvement
