A Radiation Therapist is responsible for the operation of radiation therapy equipment and delivers radiation to patients as prescribed by physicians. Your Job Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited university or hospital Radiation Therapy program. • AART and CMRT required. • CPR "C" certification required. • Registered Radiation Therapist or registry eligible (taking boards on first available date following hire). • Will have working knowledge of treatment machines, simulators, mold room equipment and simple treatment calculations. Your Job Responsibilities: • Communicate clearly and openly• Working knowledge and proficiency with Aria, Varian Truebeam, SBRT, SRS, HDR, OSMS (Vision RT). • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment • Be accountable for your performance • Always look for ways to improve the patient experience • Take initiative for your professional growth • Be engaged and eager to build a winning team## Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service, acute care hospital that serves Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties.
