We are currently seeking a Support Services Manager to join our Support Services Department. As a Support Services Manager will plan and coordinate a broad range of administrative support services to help the organization operate efficiently and professionally, which includes business analytics, client relationships, and sales. Key Responsibilities Manage Support Services Department, including overseeing productivity to ensure smooth operations within operational and program guidelines. Supervise Support Services Supervisors, who will have responsibility for Intake Operations, Single Entry Point (SEP), pre-certification, pre-authorization, customer service, scheduling, other office management duties, scanning operations and document destruction. Manage projects for the Company ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately and on time. Set goals and deadlines for the department and hold employees accountable for successful adherence. Develop, manage, and monitor business records and documents. Recommend changes to policies or procedures to improve operations, such as how to improve recordkeeping. Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities. Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures. Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense. Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field strongly preferred. Plus, one (1) year related experience required. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization, including executive level. Ability to coordinate scheduling and task allocation across large groups of employees. Demonstrated strong attention-to-detail and project management skills. Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills. Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with suite of Microsoft Office and Sales, CRM or Marketing programs. Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by State law.
