We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operations Specialist to support and optimize our growing online retail operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, website functionality, customer satisfaction, and overall ecommerce performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce operations, online marketplaces, inventory management, customer service, and data analytics. This position offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technology teams to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.

Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Monitor order issues and resolve discrepancies to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management

Track and monitor inventory levels across ecommerce channels.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain product availability.

Help prevent stock shortages, overstock situations, and inventory discrepancies.

Ecommerce Platform & Website Management

Maintain and update product listings, content, pricing, and inventory information.

Monitor website performance and overall platform health.

Collaborate with IT and support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the customer experience.

Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Escalate complex issues when necessary and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Logistics

Conduct shipping and fulfillment audits to ensure operational accuracy.

Monitor carrier performance, pickups, deliveries, and shipping claims.

Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, operations, and project teams to support business initiatives.

Contribute recommendations for improving ecommerce processes, conversions, and customer experience.

Assist in implementing new ecommerce projects and operational enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare reports on ecommerce performance, operations, and customer trends.

Use data insights to help drive informed business decisions and operational improvements.

Additional Duties

Perform other related duties, projects, and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Required

Proven experience in eCommerce Operations, Online Retail, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.

Experience with website management and ecommerce platforms.

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and online brand growth strategies.

Experience analyzing ecommerce metrics and KPIs.

Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay.

Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

Experience within a consumer products, retail, distribution, or ecommerce environment.
