We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support construction-related initiatives in Boston, Massachusetts. This Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at organizing schedules, tracking project activity, and keeping documentation accurate and accessible. The role will work closely with project stakeholders to maintain momentum across active assignments while ensuring administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for construction projects to help keep deliverables on schedule and teams aligned.
• Build, update, and monitor master schedules, highlighting timeline changes and following up on key milestones.
• Track project progress and communicate scheduling updates, priorities, and outstanding items to relevant stakeholders.
• Organize, scan, and maintain project records so documentation is complete, current, and easy to retrieve.
• Provide project management support through meeting coordination, status reporting, and follow-up on action items.
• Assist with timeline planning by identifying potential delays and helping teams adjust work plans as needed.• Experience supporting project coordination or project assistant work, preferably in construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Familiarity with master scheduling practices and progress tracking across multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle scanning, filing, and document organization with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of project management processes, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
