Behavior Technician: Pay Rate: $20-24 per hour (negotiable) Experience: Up to 6 months Senior Behavior Technician: Pay Rate: $24-28 per hour (negotiable) Experience: 6 months or more Lead Behavior Technician: Pay Rate: $28-30 per hour (negotiable) Experience: Over 2 years with a bachelor's degree Flexible Schedule: We prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities - Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. - Collect data on client progress and behavior using specified methods. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
