Dog Daycare Attendant and Receptionist

Tailchasers Arlington Pet Resort in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a reliable, attentive, and motivated pet lover to join our team of pet caregivers. No previous experience is required. Position Overview We provide the necessary tools for your success within our company. This is a permanent position, not a temporary summer position. Responsibilities As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will interact with both our human and canine guests. Your duties include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, using our computer program Gingr to check dogs in and out, overseeing groups of dogs during playtime to ensure their safety, capturing photos and videos of the dogs, and assisting with basic obedience commands. You should possess a confident disposition, a passion for pets, and strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. Compensation & Shift Structure $15 hourly + tips Part‑time (29 hours or less): Shifts from 6:15 AM – 10:15 AM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM or reception shifts of 6:15 AM – 12:30 PM or 12:20 PM – 6:30 PM Requirements US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US Standing or walking, kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, and sitting Able to pass a background check Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted Basic knowledge of computer/tablet functions 18 years of age or older Must be teachable, flexible, and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr Tailchasers Pet Care
