As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM Thur: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM Fri: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and support visitor, driver, and delivery check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities through accurate reports and shift logs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
