Order Administration Specialist

Position Summary The Order Administration Specialist plays a key role in supporting the manufacturing and distribution of Sciton’s medical laser systems. This position ensures the accurate and efficient processing of orders, system installations, and customer records while partnering closely with teams across manufacturing, finance, and field operations. What You Will Do Process complex orders received through CRM and online ordering systems Review and process system installation documentation Maintain accurate system records and update the customer installed base Initiate commission-related documentation for internal processing Partner with manufacturing, finance, and field sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Support issue resolution by coordinating with cross-functional teams Provide necessary information to Accounting for invoice generation Maintain and update process documentation; create new documentation as needed Provide backup support for shipping and front desk operations as required Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned Essential Requirements Associate degree required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Familiarity with enterprise systems or CRM platforms is a plus Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities Compensation And Benefits The salary range for this position is $60k - $65k.
