Overview As a Lead, Client Success, you will act as a pivotal individual contributor driving the strategic adoption and successful activation of Epsilon’s person-first media solutions for key clients. You will collaborate daily with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to transform client business objectives into high-performing media realities. Role This is an ideal role for a media professional who wants to be at the center of the action—bridging the gap between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success. Strong client service approach with a proven ability to manage collaborators and deliver compelling presentations. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
