General Labor - Shift 2 Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Labor - Shift 2 to join their team. As a General Labor - Shift 2, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. Job Title: Production Operator Location: Newark, OH Pay Range: $24.69 Shift: Primarily 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am (flexible based on business needs) What's the Job? Perform a variety of tasks throughout the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met Clean equipment, machinery, and facility structures to maintain a safe working environment Operate cleaning systems such as CIP and COP as required Assist machine operators with gathering supplies, packaging, and loading materials Support hand-packing and stacking products onto pallets, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols What's Needed? Must be at least 18 years of age Flexible to work any shift as needed Strong planning and organizational skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision What's in it for me?
