Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient information accurately Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical tasks Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and properly stocked Take patient histories and update medical records Assist with scheduling, phone calls, referrals, and other administrative duties as needed Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all office policies and procedures Work collaboratively with physicians, other medical assistants, and office staff Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities when needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds Ability to work independently while also being a team player Genuine interest in pursuing a career in medicine, including applicants planning to attend medical school or PA school Why Join Us?
