This role supports Regional Portfolio Managers by providing hands‑on community support, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with property transitions, supporting lease‑up and staffing needs, preparing for audits and compliance reviews, and helping address operational challenges that impact property performance. Travel may be up to 50%, depending on portfolio location and business needs. Skills and Requirements Multi‑site property management experience Ability to supervise and lead a team Financial analysis/budget knowledge Self‑motivated and self‑directed Solid judgment and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Excellent verbal and organizational skills Budget and financial reporting knowledge Five or more years of property management experience Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university Who Is Seldin Company Seldin Company is a leading property management brand headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.
