Resourcive: AI Practice Lead

Summary:The AI Practice Lead is a senior, client-facing consulting leader who will build and scale Resourcive’s Anthropic/Claude services portfolio from the ground up. This is a leadership role with a clear mandate: deepen Resourcive’s Anthropic partnership, generate Claude advisory revenue, and make Resourcive a living proof point of what sophisticated Claude adoption looks like.The practice operates on two layers. At the advisory layer, you are vendor-fluent: you advise clients on AI strategy, operating models, governance, agentic workflows, and use case identification across the LLM ecosystem, because that is what credible sourcing advisors do. At the delivery layer, you are Claude-anchored: our implementation depth, certifications, and partner investment are with Anthropic.This individual owns four outcomes simultaneously:Practice growth — originating, shaping, and closing AI advisory engagements within our existing client base and beyondClient delivery — advising CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders on AI strategy, adoption, and governance that converts into measurable business resultsPartnership execution — growing Resourcive’s Anthropic relationship and advancing our partner tier standingInternal enablement — extending Resourcive’s own Claude adoption as “Customer 0,” so our internal workflows double as client proof pointsEssential Job Duties:Practice Growth & Business DevelopmentOriginate, shape, and close AI advisory engagements; this is a selling role as much as a delivery role, and variable compensation reflects thatMine Resourcive’s existing client relationships to identify and qualify AI opportunities alongside our Business Development and Engagement teamsDesign and package the AI services portfolio: readiness assessments, sourcing and vendor evaluation, deployment advisory, and optimization engagements, each with defined pricingSupport proposals, solution positioning, and executive presentations that translate AI capability into business casesClaude Practice DevelopmentDesign, build, and launch Resourcive’s Claude advisory and implementation services portfolio, including readiness assessments, deployment playbooks, and optimization engagementsDefine repeatable methodologies for Claude use case identification, governance frameworks, and ROI measurementOwn Resourcive’s Anthropic Partner tier roadmap — driving CCA-F certification across 10 team members and securing two (minimum) joint client engagements by October 1, 2026Maintain Resourcive’s standing as an Anthropic partner by staying current on program requirements, tier thresholds, and certification updatesClient Advisory & EngagementServe as Resourcive’s senior Claude subject matter expert in client engagementsLead Claude readiness assessments: evaluate organizational fit, data maturity, security posture, and change readinessGuide clients through Claude model selection (API vs. Claude.ai plans), deployment architecture, and integration strategyPresent strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to CIO, CTO, and CDO-level stakeholdersHelp clients navigate Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy, enterprise trust and safety requirements, and AI governance frameworksService Delivery & ExecutionLead Claude engagements from initial scoping through deployment oversight and optimizationPartner with Resourcive’s technology and sourcing advisors to integrate Claude recommendations into broader IT advisory engagementsEstablish KPIs and success metrics for Claude initiatives; build outcome reporting into every engagementContribute to two joint client engagements with Anthropic required for Select tier, including one willing to provide a public testimonialAnthropic Ecosystem & Partner StrategyServe as Resourcive’s primary relationship owner with Anthropic’s partner teamStay current on Claude model releases, API capabilities, pricing changes, and Anthropic’s go-to-market prioritiesMonitor the competitive landscape of Claude implementation partners; identify differentiation opportunities for ResourciveRepresent Resourcive at Anthropic partner events, webinars, and joint go-to-market activitiesGo-To Market & Thought LeadershipAlong with Marketing- Develop Claude-specific service collateral: solution briefs, ROI frameworks, case studies, and assessment templatesContribute to thought leadership content positioning Resourcive as a sophisticated Claude implementation partnerSupport business development through solution positioning, proposal contributions, and client presentationsHelp the broader Resourcive team identify and qualify Claude opportunities within existing client relationshipsReporting Relationships: This role reports directly to Resourcive’s President.Requirements:Experience7–10+ years in technology consulting, enterprise IT advisory, or digital transformation rolesHands-on experience with Claude and/or the Anthropic API — this is non-negotiable; generalist AI knowledge is not sufficientDemonstrated track record building or scaling a practice area or service offering from the ground upExperience advising CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders on AI strategy and enterprise technology adoptionBackground in vendor evaluation, sourcing, and implementation oversight is a strong plusFamiliarity with Anthropic’s partner program, certification requirements, or Claude enterprise deployment is a significant differentiatorSkills & AttributesDeep, working knowledge of Claude’s capabilities, limitations, model family (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus), and enterprise use casesFluency in prompt engineering, Claude API integration patterns, and enterprise deployment considerations (security, compliance, governance)Exceptional communication and executive presence — equally credible with a CIO and a developerBuilder mentality: comfortable creating structure where none exists and thriving in an early-stage practice environmentStrong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and infrastructure assessmentCCA-F certification (Anthropic’s Claude for Work certification) is required within 30 days of start;
