Field Excellence Lead - Account Management & New Launches (Immunology)

This role leads operational strategy for new immunology product launches, particularly focusing on lupus and nephrology programs. The Field Excellence Lead designs launch roadmaps, implements strategic account management capabilities, monitors field execution through analytics, and bridges franchise strategy with commercial implementation across sales teams.

Responsibilities

Design and execute Launch Operational Plan with Strategic Account Management capability for Lupus and Nephrology
Monitor field execution using analytics to identify barriers, best practices, and develop scalable action plans
Establish Launch Brand Operational Annual Roadmap with KPIs, milestones, and governance structure
Serve as central hub for field force excellence innovation and launch optimization feedback
Develop quarterly deliverables including Franchise Opportunity Playbooks, Gap Assessments, and QBRs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
Commercial Operations or Sales Excellence leadership experience
Launch-Phase Field Leadership role experience (e.g., Division Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director)
Strategic Account Management team design and/or operational experience
Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets
Proven stakeholder influence and change management capabilities
Immunology therapeutic area experience preferred

Compensation: $186,000-$256,000 base
