Scheduler (Remote)

$2,000 sign-on bonus available (prorated for part-time).
Not eligible: per diem, current employees, or former employees within 6 months.

The Scheduler plays a key role in guiding patients through their care journey-coordinating procedures and appointments from pre- through post-procedure care to ensure a seamless experience. This fully remote role also helps optimize procedure schedules to support efficient patient flow and maximize access to care.

Our Central Booking team is a high-performing, collaborative group responsible for scheduling all surgical procedures across the Southern Region. Working closely with clinical and administrative partners, the team supports more than 30,000 patients each year in accessing life-changing care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of medical office experience required.
