Human Resources Business Partner
DPR Construction
DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Business Partner for a 100% on-site role on a Large Project Site. You will partner with leadership to execute people strategies, drive engagement, leadership development, and DEI initiatives across admin and craft workforces. Expect to lead talent management, change management, and analytics, with travel to project sites including Temple, TX.
