Responsibilities:
* Lead client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Collaborate with paralegals to ensure accurate and timely document preparation and filing.
* Manage probate and trust administration cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client expectations.
* Stay informed on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
* Conduct legal research to support case strategies and enhance client outcomes effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of estate planning experience required .
* Proven track record of drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Ability to analyze complex legal situations and develop strategic action plans.
* Strong communication skills to discuss and understand clients' needs, fears, and desires.
