About our client:

Addison Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to add multiple Revenue Cycle Specialists to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient and insurance information to ensure accurate claim setup
• Work within payer portals to track claim status and documentation
• Interpret remittance details (EOBs/ERAs) and apply necessary adjustments
• Follow up on outstanding balances and unresolved claims
• Research denied claims, make corrections, and resubmit for reimbursement
• Communicate with patients, payers, and providers regarding billing questions

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of medical billing experience, ideally in physician or similar setting
• Understanding of EOBs, claim workflows, and revenue cycle processes
• Comfort working in a productivity-driven environment with performance metrics
• Experience navigating EMR systems (Epic preferred) and multiple platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Professional communication skills, including phone-based outreach
