Build with us as a Fencing & Framing Field Laborer

Spend your days hands-on at active job sites, backing up our fencing and framing crews while tackling essential, entry-to-intermediate construction tasks.

Sun-up starts with unloading materials, staging the site, and reviewing the plan. You’ll pull accurate field measurements, set posts for new fence lines, and help frame walls and openings. As projects progress, you might hang doors, set cabinets, place and finish concrete, and install drywall. Throughout the day, you’ll keep the site organized, move materials where they’re needed, and jump in wherever the crew needs an extra set of capable hands.

• Support fencing and framing projects from setup to cleanup.
• Handle site preparation: debris removal, staging, and safety-minded organization.
• Move, load, and position materials and tools to keep production flowing.
• Take precise field measurements to guide installs and layout.
• Assist with core installs: doors, cabinets, drywall, and fencing.
• Help place, level, and finish concrete as directed.
• Pitch in on general labor across the job site every day.

• Woodworking and basic carpentry fundamentals.
• Door installation experience.
• On-site construction installations and assembly.
• Reliable field measurement and layout skills.
• Framing support for walls and openings.
• Drywall installation.

• Concrete placement and finishing.
• Fence installation.

This role is fully field-based on active construction sites. You’ll assist with site prep, material handling, and day-to-day labor while working closely with experienced carpenters and installers.
