Electrical Engineer for AI Training

Apply electrical engineering expertise to create and evaluate training content that helps AI systems reason accurately about real-world technical concepts. This remote contract role focuses on producing rigorous assessments, technical explanations, and actionable quality feedback, with no prior AI experience required. Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality single-answer multiple-choice questions in your electrical engineering specialty.
• Write clear explanations and detailed scoring rubrics aligned with instructional-design best practices.
• Review AI-generated electrical engineering content for technical accuracy and educational value.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance using subject matter expertise.
• Document and explain technical concepts clearly for varied audiences, in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate asynchronously to improve question quality and uphold subject matter standards.
• Contribute to evolving workflows that improve the relevance and clarity of AI training data.

• Advanced degree, Master''s or PhD, in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Expertise in at least one of these areas: analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, power electronics, or integrated circuits.
• Experience creating educational content, designing rubrics, or developing assessments is strongly valued.
• Teaching, tutoring, or other electrical engineering learning-facilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and instructional value.
• Ability to work independently, meet project milestones, and collaborate remotely using asynchronous communication tools.

• Remote contract engagement.
• Work is task-based, and the time required may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum weekly task-submission requirements apply.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

• Listed pay range: $60 to $80 per hour.
• Compensation is paid per task that meets project specifications, subject to minimum submission requirements.
