Develop and expand your recruiting expertise across various markets and organizational levels. Typical Day as Recruiter (You Will Be) Working in-office at our Birmingham, AL location. Managing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple levels and geographic markets. Attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and advanced applicant tracking systems. Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring fair and consistent assessment and selection processes. Ideal Candidate (You Should Be) Customer‑centric and excel at building collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners. Results‑driven, with a strong focus on achieving tasks, goals, and expectations with resiliency. Possess action‑oriented energy, urgency, and enthusiasm to take on recruiting tasks. Excellent time management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills, able to work independently. Demonstrate adaptability and learning agility, especially in dynamic or ambiguous situations. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, engaging a variety of audiences. A minimum of 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse capacity (required).
