Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina (verification needed)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possess or be eligible for active NC DPI SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Demonstrated experience with ECATS system is essential
• Proficiency with Infinite Campus strongly valued
• Prior school-based SLP experience a plus
• Ability to work onsite exclusively
• SLPAs not being considered at this time

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, following IEP goals and district protocols
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress using ECATS and Infinite Campus
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines for student services
