Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid North Carolina SLP License (must be confirmed prior to start)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active NC DPI SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ECATS required
• Familiarity with Infinite Campus system preferred
• SLPAs not being considered for this position
• On-site presence required throughout contract duration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students across a range of needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and build individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with special education staff, families, and teachers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ECATS and Infinite Campus
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for every student
