The project involves replacing a legacy ERP platform, supporting business process transformation, data migrations, and integrations with asset management systems. The Scrum Master will oversee two Agile teams and play a key role in driving delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing sprint execution, tracking team performance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule. This individual will work closely with technical leads, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain backlog health, improve estimation practices, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities and commitments. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who takes a hands-on approach to team coaching, fosters collaboration, and leverages Agile metrics to drive meaningful outcomes. Experience supporting ERP implementations, SAP integrations, and complex enterprise transformation programs is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
