Operations Support Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The position requires living on-site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio. Responsibilities Lead hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance. Develop and coach team members to improve performance and service quality. Ensure on-site leadership and hands-on operational management in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Coordinate support across multiple hotel locations within the portfolio. Maintain 24-hour availability as required and support a responsive operations culture. Qualifications Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills. Effective communicator and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Willingness to live on-site during assignments and travel to multiple properties (approx. 90% travel). Compensation Compensation: $70,000 + Depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
