Requirements

• Active MN License
• Acute Care Experience (Preferred)
• Required Certs: BLS

Responsibilities

• Assess and document findings in the patient's chart.
• Collaborate with the RN charge nurse for patient care planning and implementation.
• Communicate and document patient care involving patients, significant others, and healthcare providers.
