Job Overview We are currently seeking talents for our Store Front Associates who are willing to take challenges and grow rapidly with the 85°C Bakery Cafe team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with service beyond their expectation, showing sensitivity to their individual needs. Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best. Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for employees and customers. Perform job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Cross train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast-food or retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. MUST BE AT LEAST 18+ years of age to apply. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties such as moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
