Front Office Coordinators are the ambassadors for OrthoRehab Physical Therapy and play an important role in creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. 

POSITION DETAILS:

Location: On site in Whitefish, MT

Schedule: Part-time

Wage: $17-$19 DOE. Previous experience in a medical office, familiarity working with insurance processes and scheduling experience are considered when determining wage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license & clean driving record
• Experience providing exceptional customer service. Must be comfortable and confident communicating in person, over the phone and through written communication.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficient in computer skills, ability to effectively manage multiple applications and screens.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 
(taken into consideration when determining wage)

• Medical office experience.
• Familiarity with insurance processes.
• Scheduling experience.
