What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care coverage at regional hospitals, including Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital
• Manage approximately 20% admission rate
• Perform acute assessments and treatments for emergency patients
• Collaborate with APCs for double coverage shifts
• Cover emergency department with flexible scheduling based on hospital needs
• Support critical access hospitals within close proximity for regional coverage
• Ensure quality patient care adhering to hospital protocols and standards

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
• Clean NPDB report and documentation
• Proven emergency medicine experience
• Strong clinical skills in acute care settings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
